1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 8-10 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3-5 business days.

  • Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM EST.

Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier delays, and unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $150 (excluding taxes and discounts).

4. Local Pickup (CHESS KLUB - Concord Center)

  • Customers can pick up their orders at our Concord location for free.

  • Pickup orders are ready within 24 hours after order confirmation.

  • You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within the United States.
